No international travel, gym mostly closed or half-open. Major events postponed or canceled. So why train?
To stay healthy, live longer, because it’s fun or because it’s hard? Whatever floats your boat for training, now is the time to stay the course. Change your system try new things. But keep fitting ready for the reopening.
