No international travel, gym mostly closed or half open. Major events postponed or cancelled. So why train?
To stay healthy, live longer, because it’s fun or because it’s hard? Whatever floats your boat for training, now is the time to stay the course. Change your system try new things. But keep fit ready for the reopening.
