The last decent run was May 17, 2021. Since then I found an extra 12kgs of fat.
My main goal is to finish the North Face 100km trail run in Thailand. I had a failed attempt back in February 2020. I only made it just over halfway.
I’m going to break the goal of running 100km down into lots of smaller goals.
- Lose 20kgs in 24 months, that’s almost 1kg per month,
- Be able to run 10 hours straight within 24 months, by adding an extra half hour every month.
- Enter every race I can.
- Share my journy along the way.
