To ensure success build up to 16, don’t go from zero to hero is one day.
Worried about that birthday party coming up?
Cheating 1 or 2 days per week is fine. But not more than 2 times per week.

I have never run 100 kms before!
I need all the help I can get, enter, Fasting for Endurance
From the research it seems fasting for 16 and eating inside a 8 hour window is the best for endurance.
So the first week is in the bag, I fell short of the 16 hours a couple of times. I was expecting to do a lot worse than that.
I felt my short term fitness was lacking a lot. But I felt a lot stronger on the longer run of 13 kms than normal.
