Oh Dear, Fail Fail Fail!!!
Rain, hail or sunshine, 3, 2, 1 begin. Failed.
Training Progress
This one is easy ZERO Progress, one could say I have gone backwards.
Say whatever you like I deserve it, 7 days no training.
In my pitiful defense, I have a flu and a horrible one at that, 3 days bed ridden.
Re Start Training
I tried to re-start my training early 3 times and it didn’t go well.
Here we are, I still have the flu but I feel the end of it is near, time to get active.
New goal for February
Shake off this flu and get my head back to focusing one step, one run at a time.
I will do some research on whether training with a flu is a good idea or a bad idea.
